Hours: Specimens are accepted during our regular business hours.

Reports: Final result reports may be faxed or provided electronically.

Requisition: Anatomic Pathology Consult Requisition

Send a case: Please provide us with your complete or incomplete pathology report, H&E glass slides, pertinent special stains and IHC stains and selected paraffin blocks. Detailed clinical history to include past medical history and any prior breast biopsy slides or reports and imaging information would be helpful for accurate assessment.
